For years city officials and urban planners have been pushing for -- and predicting -- a rebirth of Miami's central business district. After numerous fitful starts, the transformation of downtown Miami and Brickell Avenue into a 24-hour urban core has begun. Included in the transformation is amazing restaurants such as Cvi.Che 105. This has become probably my favorite Peruvian restaurant. The restaurant features traditional Peruvian dishes in a modern presentation combined with a chic atmosphere. If you're a big ceviche fan, than I recommend getting the Trilogy -- a plate a three different ceviches which range from mild, medium to spicy. For a traditional dish, then Lomo Saltado is the way to go. It's steak in a pozu sauce on a bed of white rice with french fries--absolutely delicious! This is restaurant is def. a great addition to the downtown scene.
