Looking to relax after a long hectic week at work? Then I invite you to check out ESPA at the Acqualina Resort & Spa in Sunny Isles, Florida. This is by far one of the best luxurious spas I’ve seen in South Florida. I recently checked it out and upon entering you are immediately greeted with the sounds of trickling water and the subtle fragrance of aromatherapy. The staff is very friendly and also treat you to some delicious berry juice as soon as you step foot in the spa. Before and after your treatment you can enjoy their facility like their sauna, steam rooms, spa pool overlooking the ocean and terrace. You can also relax in their wonderful waiting room while drinking some gourmet tea. I experienced their aromatherapy massage and my masseuse, Randy, was terrific. He was actually the recipient of the 2008 SpaFinder Reader’s Choice Awards, so needless to say the massage was amazing. My favorite has to be their ‘experience shower,’ it has different settings and also massages your skin. The aromatherapy massage for 60 minutes is about $150 (well worth it). They also offer other treatments such as facials and manicures/pedicures. You can click here to get a complete list of their services and prices. Acqualina is located at 17875 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.
