Eyebrow Threading: The Brow Shoppe

Ever heard of eyebrow threading? In case you haven't, allow me to explain. Eyebrow threading is a depilation technique that involves twisting a piece of thread, which is then used to pick up a line of hair and remove it. Most people do it on their eyebrows, but it can also be done for your upper lip and face. A friend of mine first became familiar with this technique about 7 years ago when she tried it for the first time in South America. She always brags about it so I decided to give it a try and started scoping out places in Miami that offered this service. I came across The Brow Shoppe, they are located in Coral Gables by the Village of Merrick Park. They've been featured everywhere from Instyle Magazine to Allure. Overall my experience with eyebrow threading was great, I don't think I would ever go back waxing. It wasn't painful at all (for me it was even less painful than waxing. This was also perfect since I have sensitive skin and waxing would always irritate it. Here's where you can try it out for yourself. I highly recommend it, plus your hair takes longer to grow back.
